We’re on a mission. A mission to get more ladies behind the lens in the adventure, ski and snowboard filmmaking industry.
We’ve teamed up with a bunch of mentors to deliver a filmmaking workshop and development opportunity for women.
This is for all those who have perhaps thought about or always wanted to get into adventure film but not known where or how to start.
If you’re a creative wahine, a story teller at heart, have a love for adventure and skiing or you have a fire burning in your belly to tackle a new project in the new year, then we want you!
So, what’s involved?
As part of this series, we’re giving 5 women the opportunity to attend 5 workshops led by some of the region’s finest females in filmmaking. Followed by an overnight trip to practice all that you’ve learned.
Each applicant will also be teamed up with a mentor throughout the journey who they can bounce questions off as they begin learning the basics of filmmaking from understanding the use of cameras, gear, shooting and editing.
This is an incredible opportunity for the applicants to truly immerse themselves in the world of filmmaking without having to have had any previous filmmaking experience.
